RX SECURITY INC. – SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss options. All orders are shipped (by default) via Fed Ex Ground delivery service. This is included in the price of your order. You have the option to ship via Express or Overnight methods to receive your order sooner if you prefer, for an additional charge.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. Regular Ground shipping costs are included in the regular price of your chosen product/quantity. If you choose to ship via Express or Overnight methods instead, the appropriate fee (as stated during selection) will be added to the total price of your order. The combination of the original Ground fee and the additional express fee effectively covering the entire cost of shipping your order express/overnight.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or residential areas. If your address is residential and this is not specified, there may be an additional fee. You will be advised of any additional charges if applicable.

If you are shipping to Canada, applicable provincial sales taxes will be charged according to the province or territory to which your order is being shipped.

3. Delivery Location

Regular shipping costs are included in the prices as shown, applicable for addresses located in the state/province selected during the order process. Remote address and residential address charges may apply (if not declared before the order is shipped). If your state/province/territory is not shown in the list provided during the order process, different shipping charges will likely apply. Please call us for details.

4. Delivery Time

A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email on your account when your order has been shipped. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you in this email. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, based on Fed Ex Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA’s). “Business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to completely fulfill your order request within 15 business days. Production will be completed within 24-48 hours after your order has been processed. Your order is shipped the same day that printing is completed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the quantity ordered.

5. Quantity of Shipments

Though we make every effort to dispatch your order in just one shipment (to save on your total shipping costs), larger orders of higher than 200 pads or 5000 sheets will be shipped in multiple boxes.

6. Express and Overnight

Express shipments are guaranteed to arrive in 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. Overnight shipments are guaranteed to arrive in one less business day than Express. Express and Overnight order costs are an added fee over and above the regular shipping cost already applied to your order, the combined total of which becoming the actual total cost to ship via these expedited methods. Like Ground shipping costs, it is calculated based on weight and overall distance. Residential or remote shipping charges may apply.

In an effort to save you money on Express and Overnight rates, we ship only a portion of your total order (for orders greater than 20 pads or 1000 sheets) at the expedited rate. The remainder of your order will be shipped separately via regular Fed Ex Ground service (at no additional charge).

7. Delivery Instructions

If there are any special delivery instructions required for your shipment please indicate these when you submit your order. We will make every effort to have Fed Ex comply with these instructions.

8. Returns

Due to customization and the secure nature of our product, when an order is refused or returned via Fed Ex it is immediately dispatch to the Fed Ex disposal facility where it is securely destroyed. 9. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1.800.667.9723. Compensation details will be discussed when you call. We’ll make every effort to replace or reimburse you for your damaged product.
